By accessing or using InFin4U, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. About InFin4U

InFin4U is a personal finance tracking and management tool. It helps you record and visualise your income, expenses, investments, loans, insurance, and other financial information.

            Important: InFin4U is a record-keeping and tracking tool.
            It does not provide financial advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations.
            Any insights shown (Smart Advisor, Analytics) are for informational purposes only.
            Always consult a qualified financial advisor for personal financial decisions.
        

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the app.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PIN and account credentials.
Do not share your account with others. Each account is for a single user.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Access to core tracking features with entry limits (as shown in the app). No credit card required.
Pro Plan: Unlimited entries, advanced analytics, export, reports, and Smart Advisor features. Billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.
Plan pricing is shown on the Upgrade page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. InFin4U does not store your card or UPI details.
Pro Plan subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
In case of billing issues, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Your financial data belongs to you — you can export or delete it at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the server infrastructure.
Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the document upload feature.
Reverse-engineer or copy the application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InFin4U is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, always available, or that data will never be lost. Always maintain your own backups of important financial data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InFin4U and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or financial decisions made based on app insights.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
